How does CrudeDesk work for haulers?

Haulers receive pickup assignments instantly via the driver mobile app. Drivers navigate to leases, gauge the tank, run BS&W, and submit a digital run ticket with signatures — all from their phone. Data syncs automatically. No more paper forms or end-of-day data entry.

Does the mobile app work offline?

Yes. The driver app is designed for field conditions with limited connectivity. Drivers can receive jobs, complete tickets, and capture data offline. Everything syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

How do I build my hauler network?

Share your connection code with hauler partners to link them to your network in CrudeDesk. Once connected, you can dispatch pickups to their drivers directly. See every run ticket they submit — gauge readings, BS&W, net barrels — and track pickup reliability from one dashboard.

What about compliance and audit trails?

Every run ticket is timestamped with GPS coordinates, driver verification, and digital signatures. Volume corrections, BS&W readings, and gravity data are captured at the point of custody transfer. Generate audit-ready reports for RRC compliance, severance tax filing, or internal reconciliation.
